The EKD Shop Local Pages are Greater Seattle’s one-stop connection source for locating eco-friendly interior decor retailers!  It’s my labor of love for my clients, colleagues and readers.  Listings are provided at no cost to the retailers.

Varying Shades of Green
Shades of green retail, or eco-friendly, vary from 2nd use to sustainably-made.  The EKD Shop Local Pages have included listings for both 2nd use and sustainably-made local retail sources.

2nd use retailers (thrift, consignment and antique) practice the concept of re-use and recycle, thereby sustaining our resources by not using more.

Sustainably-made retailers carry products that are composed of organic, low VOC, sustainably harvested, easily renewable, biodegradable, and/or recycled content, thereby lessening the impact on the quality of our environment by using growing and manufacturing practices that are less polluting and toxic.
